SYNONYMS
a-kalańka — without contamination; gauracandra — the moon of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu; dilā — gave; daraśana — audience; sa-kalańka — with contamination; candre — for a moon; āra — also; kon — what; prayojana — necessity.
TRANSLATION
When the spotless moon of Caitanya Mahāprabhu became visible, what would be the need for a moon full of black marks on its body?
