ei-mata dui kailā oḍana-pāḍane
ańgīkāra kailā prabhu aneka yatane
SYNONYMS
ei-mata — in this way; dui — two pieces; kailā — made; oḍana-pāḍane — one for bedding, one for the pillow; ańgīkāra kailā — did accept; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; aneka yatane — after much endeavor.
TRANSLATION
In this way, Svarūpa Dāmodara made some bedding and a pillow, and after much endeavor by the devotees, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu accepted them.
