tāra alpa lañā prabhu jihvāte yadi dilā
āra saba govindera āńcale bāndhilā
SYNONYMS
tāra — of that; alpa — very little; lañā — taking; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; jihvāte — on the tongue; yadi — when; dilā — put; āra saba — all the balance; govindera — of Govinda; āńcale — at the end of the wrapper; bāndhilā — bound.
TRANSLATION
Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu tasted a portion of the prasādam. Govinda took the rest and bound it in the end of his wrapper.
