'mahā-bhāgavata'-lakṣaṇa śuni bhāgavate
se-saba lakṣaṇa prakaṭa dekhiye tāńhāte
SYNONYMS
mahā-bhāgavata — of a first-class devotee; lakṣaṇa — symptoms; śuni — we hear; bhāgavate — in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam; se-saba lakṣaṇa — all those symptoms; prakaṭa — manifest; dekhiye — I see; tāńhāte — in Him.
TRANSLATION
"We have heard about the symptoms of a first-class devotee in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, and all those symptoms are manifest in the body of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
