tabe mahāprabhu sei brāhmaṇe lañā

tāńhāre puchilā kichu nibhṛte vasiyā

SYNONYMS

tabe — after that; mahāprabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; sei — that; brāhmaṇe — brāhmaṇa; lañā — taking; tāńhāre — unto him; puchilā — inquired; kichu — something; nibhṛte vasiyā — sitting in a solitary place.

TRANSLATION

After this, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu took the brāhmaṇa aside. Sitting in a solitary place, the Lord began to question him.
