more śiṣya kari' mora hāte 'bhikṣā' kailā
SYNONYMS
kṛpā kari' — by his causeless mercy; teńho — he; mora nilaye — to my humble place; āilā — came; more — me; śiṣya kari' — accepting as his disciple; mora hāte — from my hand; bhikṣā kailā — accepted lunch.
TRANSLATION
"While at Mathurā, Śrīpāda Mādhavendra Purī visited my house and accepted me as a disciple. He even took lunch at my home.
