mṛgera galā dhari' prabhu karena rodane
mṛgera pulaka ańge, aśru nayane
SYNONYMS
mṛgera — of the deer; galā dhari' — catching the necks; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; karena — does; rodane — crying; mṛgera — of the deer; pulaka ańge — jubilation; aśru — tears; nayane — in the eyes.
TRANSLATION
The Lord then clasped the necks of the deer and began to cry. There was jubilation manifest in the bodies of the deer, and tears were in their eyes.
