mahāprabhu tāńre yadi 'bhikṣā' māgila
dainya kari' sei vipra kahite lāgila
SYNONYMS
mahāprabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāńre — from him; yadi — when; bhikṣā māgila — requested lunch; dainya kari' — out of humility; sei vipra — that brāhmaṇa; kahite lāgila — began to speak.
TRANSLATION
Therefore Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu willingly requested food from the brāhmaṇa, and the brāhmaṇa, feeling natural humility, began to speak as follows.
